On November 26 at about 5:30 PM in a shopping center in Okayama City a man (44) was arrested after he allegedly pulled down his pants while riding an escalator. Behind the man was a female in her teens.
The man was detained by a security guard at the shopping center. Police were called to the scene and the man was arrested.
The suspect is denying part of the charges telling police “My intent wasn’t to show her my butt, I wanted the young girl to see my thong.”
I’m pretty sure a lawyer didn’t tell him to go with that defense…
