Guaranteed to make you sweat and lose your costume deposit.

Although Rajio Taisō is best known as that radio calisthenics program that old people in Japan love to do every morning, it is also something that pretty much anybody who has attended public school in Japan has had to do at some point as part of the physical education curriculum. As a result, there’s plenty of videos on YouTube of people offering their own unique and often humorous takes on this classic exercise routine. The latest of these is from Sushi Ramen Riku, a Japanese YouTuber with an affinity for over-the-top wacky stunts.

Released last week, the video shows Sushi Ramen Riku in a full-body cuddly bear suit trying to do the entire Rajo Taisō routine from beginning to end. Unfortunately, for Riku the suit is so hot and cumbersome that accomplishing this turns out to be a very difficult (and humorous) endeavor. Check it out for yourself below.

Want even more ridiculous bear action? Then check out the video below. It’s basically just a brief (and not at all important) intro followed by several minutes of Riku pushing the limits of the bear costume by running around at full speed and falling repeatedly. Check it out below.
