On April 9, the Japanese idol group Babyraids JAPAN released a music video for their upcoming May 10 single, “Paki Paki,” a song about that awful and very serious problem that we’ve all had to deal with at some point, cracked cell phone screens.
In the video for “Paki Paki” (lit. Crack Crack), the five Babyraids JAPAN girls sing about and act out several common situations that often end with a cracked cell phone screen. Some of these include, “knocking your phone to the floor because you left it somewhere you normally don’t put it,” “taking your frustration out on your phone” and “dropping it because you’re trying to take a selfie.”
And of course, since this is a music video for an idol group there’s all the obligatory synchronized dancing, cute outfits and hectic visuals.
Check out the video below. Just be careful if you’re watching on your smartphone, you wouldn’t want to get overly excited and end up dropping it.
