Anyone feel like a fruit basket?

Peaches, love them or hate them, there’s one thing we can all agree on. They look like butts. However, a Japanese Twitter user recently stumbled across a peach that not only has that trademark butt cleft it also has a unique protuberance that looks a bit like a certain part of the male anatomy.

Tweeted out on July 15 by Japanese Twitter user @silentxxforest, the picture below of a rather unusual peach has gotten quite a bit of attention online. As you can see, aside from that butt cleft commonly seen on peaches it also has something that many have noted looks a lot like a penis. In fact, the text in the tweet even reads “momo chin,” which translates to “peach penis.”

This scandalous penis peach was found by @silentxxforest at a produce stand near the Osakana-kan aquarium in the Aichi town of Matsunocho and thankfully, this isn’t some strange fruit engineered by Japanese agricultural scientists as a bizarre publicity stunt. However, given that in only about a week since this picture was tweeted out it has managed to get almost 60,000 retweets and close to 80,000 likes, there’s a chance that we may yet see more risque peaches like this in supermarkets the near future. We’d probably all be better off if that doesn’t happen though.

This obscene peach has also gotten quite a few amusing comments. Here’s just a few of them.

It’s strange how real it looks. What an indecent peach. haha
If you sandwich it [your penis] between your thighs, it looks like this doesn’t it?
It’s settled. New UNESCO World Heritage site.
