The “Electropop Visual Kei” Japanese band Metronome has released a music video for “Tsuyokute NEW GAME,” a song from their upcoming album CONTINUE, which is set to be released on March 15th.
“Tsuyokute NEW GAME,” is an interesting blend of video game-inspired electronic sounds, rock elements, and vocals that might make you think you’re listening to a Vocaloid song. In other words, it’s a pretty typical Metronome song.
The video is a chaotic non-stop visual overload that should probably not be watched by epileptics. So if you think you can handle it, then check it out below.
Metronome was formed in 1998, however, they went on hiatus in May of 2009. Then, after seven years, in May of 2016 they announced that they would once again be performing and working on new music.
In September of last year the band released a music video, which can be seen below, for its first single in nine years, “Kairisei Dooitsujinbutsu.” If you enjoyed “Tsuyokute NEW GAME,” then you’ll likely enjoy this one too.
CONTINUE will contain a total of 12 tracks, including “Kairisei Doitsujinbutsu” and “Tsuyokute NEW GAME.”
